Yet another Tobias drawing from Sweeney Todd, based off of Manoel Felciano's portrayal of the character. I drew this while I was in school and I swear i think my teacher thought I was crazy.

and of course "Razor razor! Cut cut cut cut!" is a quote said by Toby.
